PEYRONIE'S DISEASE RESEARCH

Peyronie's Disease is characterized by a fibrous plaque within the tunica albuginea of the penis often leading to morphologic changes to the penis.  Our research program is focused on understanding the genetic and molecular underpinnings of Peyronie's disease, to exploit potential novel therapeutic targets. We also work closely with collaborators in computer sciences and engineering for technological advancements in the treatment of Peyronie's disease.
